This is the day we released your ashes to the sea. We sent some Ferndale soil with you. There were 24 of us to see you off. Afterwards we went up to the Woodvale for a meal and a drink. When we'd finished we popped over to Freshwater Bay to Bay Road and down the front. We all spent the weekend together - your family and mine. We laughed and cried. Looked at photos and had a laugh. Gurnard Sailing Club will always be your spot. xxxx
